While personally overseeing over twenty cases at any given time, Nicole gained the experience to handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
As an associate attorney, Nicole developed a strong ability to settle cases prior to trial. In one week, Nicole was able to settle three cases through mediation with her focused ability to negotiate with all parties. Nicole received praise for her aptitude and determination from attorneys, insurance claim adjusters, and mediators.

Nicole acquired the experience to assist and guide individuals with structuring, growing, and operating their businesses. Nicole’s work also focused on civil litigation involving contract disputes, general civil and commercial litigation, trust and probate matters, and real estate disputes.
After serving law firms in the San Francisco Bar Area, Nicole moved back to Southern California to start her law practice with her husband and law partner, Alan Fassonaki.
Following a strong business sense and a principled work ethic, Nicole prides herself as a knowledgeable and goal-oriented attorney who passionately represents her clients while adhering to the fundamentals upon which our judicial system was founded.
